No fitting role?
We are a team of 45 talented, international, and English-speaking professionals based in Munich (as of January 2025). By the end of the year, we aim to grow to 90 team members to elevate our product to the next dimension.

We support remote work, and some of our team members work from other cities. However, we believe the office provides a unique environment for connection, collaboration, and creativity. We encourage candidates to apply regardless of location, and we’ll discuss the best setup for you during the process.
It depends on the role:
- For customer-facing roles (e.g., Customer Success or Sales), German is required as we currently serve a predominantly German-speaking customer base.
- For all other roles, German is not necessary. Our company language is English, and we are proud to foster a multilingual, international environment.

Phone Call
Get a first impression of us, our mission and your future role in a short call via phone or online, ask your most pressing questions and tell us what motivates you.
Fit Interview
Get to know your future Team Lead, tell us about your experiences and let's find out together if we are a good fit for each other.
Challenge Interview
Show us your skills, knowledge and thought process while working on an exciting task from your area of expertise and get to know your future colleagues. Optionally, we can turn this into an Experience Day: visit us in our central Munich office, have lunch with us and get a feeling for what we're like.
Final Interview
Clarify last questions and learn more about our vision, goals and strategy in a direct exchange with our founders or management. Depending on the role, we may ask you for 2-3 references after this step for a brief phone exchange to get a feeling for you.
