At remberg, we have made it our mission to secure the future of European industry by helping industrial companies to eliminate unplanned downtime, increase productivity, be prepared for audits and thus become more resilient and competitive. To do this, we are developing the leading maintenance platform in the age of AI. Today, we are a fast-growing AI startup based in Munich.

Founded in 2018 as a spin-off of TU Munich & CDTM, we have secured €14 million in funding from top investors such as Acton Capital, Oxx, Earlybird, Speedinvest and Fly Ventures - as well as from business angels, including the founders of Personio, Forto and Celonis. With over 150 industrial companies as customers, including Liqui Moly, Brandt Zwieback-Schokoladen, Minimax Fire Solutions, OSRAM and Edding, our platform is already helping to manage over 1 million assets, driving real digital transformation in industry. As a dynamic team of around 50 employees, we are growing rapidly and aim to become the emerging European market leader in modern Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).

Who works at remberg?

We are a team of 50 talented, international and English-speaking employees based in Munich (as of April 2025). By the end of the year, we want to grow to >75 team members to take our product to the next level and start our European internationalization.

We’re looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate and intrinsically motivated to do the work they love. Honesty and openness during the interview process are key. This helps us find the best role for you, especially as we are in an exciting growth phase with multiple opportunities.

Is remberg a remote company?

We support remote work, and some of our team members work from other cities. However, we believe the office provides a unique environment for connection, collaboration, and creativity. We encourage candidates to apply regardless of location, and we’ll discuss the best setup for you during the process.

Is German a requirement to work at remberg?

It depends on the role:

  • For customer-facing roles (e.g., Customer Success or Sales), German is required as we currently serve a predominantly German-speaking customer base.
  • For all other roles, German is not necessary. Our company language is English, and we are proud to foster a multilingual, international environment.

HR interview (30 min) – Getting to know each other

We talk about your motivation, experience and what you are looking for – you get a first insight into remberg and the role.

Technical interview (60-90 min) – Focus on your skills

We discuss your technical qualifications and working methods, and you learn about the challenges that await you in the role.

Peer interview (30 min) – Working together

You will exchange ideas with potential colleagues about working methods and team dynamics and get an honest insight into everyday life at remberg.

Founder interview (30 min) – Shared vision

Immediately after the peer interview, there will be a conversation with the founders. Here we will clarify any last open questions and discuss your long-term perspective.
