This will define the different requirements from the different areas of the company for the new service software in good time and enable a comparison between the requirements and the scope of the software solutions. With the specification sheet template (.doc), you can:

• Define the current state of the infrastructure and processes in the company.
• Formulate the goals, benefits and system requirements for introducing the software.
• Describe the requirements with regard to documents, requests and deployment planning.
