The most expensive CMMS is the one nobody opens
"As a maintenance manager, you pick the software. Your technicians are the ones who live in it. So we built the app around them, start to finish."

100% offline. Everything syncs the second you're back in range.
One scan pulls up everything about the machine. No hunting, no asking around.
From shift start to signed off
From the maintenance plan to the finished job. Here's how your team works with the remberg Mobile App.
Your technicians open the app and see their work: what's assigned to them, what their group is handling, what's due today. Filter by priority, status, or due date.
On first login the app pulls every asset, work order and procedure onto the device. From then on it never needs a connection. Entries sync in the background the moment there's signal again.
One scan at the machine opens the asset: status, criticality, open work requests and work orders, serial number, responsible group. Or it opens a new work request on the spot, with description, failure type, asset status, and a photo, in seconds.
No searching, no asking around. And when there's no code to scan, search by name, serial number, or asset type.
Tap Start, the timer runs, and the work order moves to In Progress. The procedure walks your technician through the job step by step: inspection checks, readings, photos, signature.
Your technician books parts with storage location and quantity as they go. When the last procedure is done, the timer stops and the work order is complete. Nothing left to catch up on that evening.

Everything you need is in the app
No Wi-Fi in the basement? The app doesn't care.
Capture work orders, checklists and photos completely offline
Stored on the device, synced automatically
No conflicts, no lost data, nothing entered twice
Built for basements, shop floors and yards, not for office Wi-Fi

"No connection." Photo in the camera roll, reading on the back of your hand, the whole job retyped after the shift. If it gets retyped at all.

Your technician just keeps working. Checklist, photos, signature, all offline. Two hours later everything has synced, without anyone doing a thing.

From the ground up
Rebuilt from scratch. With the people who use it every day.
The new app is not a mobile copy of the web app. We started from a blank page and built it with leading industrial maintenance teams from day one. It was tested on the shop floor, not in a meeting room. The goal: offer the best maintenance app in Europe.
Simple enough to skip the training

Offline is normal, not an emergency
Document as you go, not after hours
