What role does remberg play alongside SAP PM?
SAP stays your system of record for master data, finance and procurement. remberg is where your teams plan, execute and document maintenance day to day. As an official SAP Silver Partner, remberg syncs functional locations, equipment, PM work orders, confirmations and goods issues with SAP PM and SAP MM, on SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA.
How do technicians use remberg day to day?
Technicians work in the remberg app on their smartphone or tablet: accept a work order, follow the checklist, book spare parts, add photos, voice notes or video, and complete the job. The app works offline and syncs automatically. Most teams learn it in about two hours.
What tasks can AI agents handle?
AI agents take over routine work in your core processes. They pre-sort incoming work requests, pre-fill work orders from text, images or video, fill in work reports and prepare planning. They also turn manuals into procedures and answer questions based on your asset and maintenance data.
How do we stay in control of AI agents?
AI agents prepare, your team decides. Every suggestion is shown for review and only applied once someone approves it. Roles and permissions define who can approve what, and the change history shows what was done and by whom.
What data can AI agents access?
remberg AI works only with the data in your remberg workspace: assets, work orders, work requests, spare parts and the documents you upload. Processing takes place in a secure, encrypted system in compliance with the GDPR. Your data is not used to train AI models.
How does remberg fit into our IT landscape?
remberg runs as software-as-a-service with European hosting. Besides the standard SAP integration, documented REST APIs and webhooks connect other ERPs, MES and tools. SSO with Microsoft Entra ID (SAML or OIDC) handles sign-in, and the Trust Center provides the security questionnaire, DPA and penetration test reports for your IT review.
How do we add users across multiple plants?
Create users through CSV import or the user API, or let them sign in with SSO via Microsoft Entra ID. Roles and user groups define what each person can see and do, both in local teams and in central maintenance management.
